We endeavor not to have any faulty goods but if you do receive anything that is faulty please email our office on email@example.com and we will arrange for our courier-DPD to collect them from you.
If you decide you do not want the stock for any reason but it is not faulty then you will have to pay the return postage. We are happy to arrange the collection for you but we will deduct the cost from your credit (the current collection cost is roughly £12.00 depending on how many boxes).
Please note that a 25% charge can be incurred at our discretion for orders cancelled after we have processed them.
All goods must be returned within 14 days and we will issue a credit to your account.
