Customer Returns

We will only collect stock that is faulty, please email our office sales@elesclothing.co.uk and will arrange for our courier DPD to collect that from you.

If you have changed your mind on your purchase or unhappy but there isn't any faulty goods then the return postage cost must be paid by yourself, we can arrange for collection but we will deduct the postage cost, from your refund.
(The current collection cost is roughly £12)
